Chef Constance has been cooking since the age of 12, turning
her passion for good food into many delicious meals for friends,
family and a varied clientele. Since 1996, she has been preparing
gourmet meals in her clients' homes for their dinner parties,
buffets and special occasions. Three years later, she started
Just A Matter Of Thyme Personal Chef Service,
and has been cooking for her clients on a regular basis.
Chef Constance became a Certified Personal Chef in 2005, she
has completed training with the United States Personal Chef
Association, and has studied at the Baltimore International
Culinary College. She is State Certified in food safety.
Chef Constance is Chapter President for the Chesapeke Chefs.
Chef Constance has experience in many cuisines including:
Italian, French (classic and nouvelle), Mexican, Middle-Eastern,
American regional and Asian. She can prepare meals that are
ingredient-, calorie-, or medically-restricted.
