Just A Matter Of Thyme Personal Chef Service will create customized menus not only to your tastes but also according to your dietary requirements. So if you need low-fat meals without red meat, don't worry. You may want to try the Zucchini Chimichangas, or maybe you would prefer the Orange-Tarragon Chicken. If neither of these entrees appeal to you there are many more you can try. In fact, over 300 entrees are available, which means you won't see the same menu twice in a 6-month period unless you request it.

A standard menu consists of 5 entrees and some side dishes. Each entree consists of 4 servings (except fish, which is 2 servings). Choose from weekly, semi-monthly or monthly cooking dates.

 


MENU #1

Broiled Salmon with
Parsley Garlic Aioli

Broiled salmon fillets with garlic and parsley flavored mayonnaise.
Served with saute of broccoli florets, corn and tomatoes lightly seasoned with fresh marjoram.

Linguine with Nicoise Sauce
Linguine in a fresh sauce with black olives and capers.
Accompanied with a mixed green salad.

Orange-Tarragon Chicken
Baked marinated chicken breast
in a sweet Grand Marnier
orange glaze.
Served with steamed baby carrots tossed with fresh parsley.

Curried Lentil Soup with Tomatoes and Spinach
Lentils and onions in chicken stock seasoned with curry, cumin, and ginger finished with tomatoes and fresh spinach.
Served with hummus and pita bread

Dijon Herbed Lamb Chops
Broiled lamb chops brushed with a dijon herb base.
Served with roasted new potatoes finished with garlic and rosemary.

 


MENU #2

Marinated Beef Skewers
Beef, red bell pepper and squash skewers in seasoned soy sauce and sesame oil.
Served over white rice.

Basil Pesto
Pesto made with fresh basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan and butter. Served over pasta.
Accompanied with marinated
tomato salad.

Pork Stew with Apricots
and Prunes

Pork loin in a sweet fruit stock with apricots and prunes.
Served with egg noodles.

Zucchini Chimichangas
Mexican seasoned filling made with zucchini, green chili, onion and cheddar cheese, rolled inside a flour tortilla and baked until a golden brown. Accompanied with salsa and sour cream.
Served with black beans seasoned with a light Mexican flavor.

Turkey Picatta
Turkey scallops in a lemon, wine and caper sauce.
Served with steamed green beans.
